High Performance Lighting – Covid-19 Update
Dear Valued Customer,
High Performance Lighting supplies work and safety lighting parts essential to the commercial trucking and transportation sectors. As such we continues to remain fully operational during the COVID crisis, albeit with some changes to our order fulfillment warehouse operations. Our intent is to continue with operations safely. We are taking necessary precautions to ensure the health and well-being of our staff, customers, partners and the general public.
We’ve implemented a number of strategies to ensure our staff are following the proper protocols and social distancing to minimize the spread of this virus, and to protect the communities in which we live and work. These protocols involve: cleaning and sanitizing of work areas including MHE equipment multiple times daily, restricted business travel, careful contingency planning, and encouraged personal and social responsibility within our company. Many of our sales and administrative team are able to work from home with little to no disruption to our business workflow.
We have told our staff that if they have any symptoms of being sick to stay home until their symptoms subside and they can return to work. We are trying our best to keep up with the inbound and outbound daily volumes and will continue to do so in these most challenging times. Please understand there may be delays due to the self-isolation policy that we have put into effect. In an effort to help with social distancing we are also trying to implement a rotation where our CSR’s can work from home to help minimize the amount of staff at our warehouse.
